01 — ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Items must be unused and in original condition
Original packaging and tags must be intact
Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

02 — NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

03 — REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

04 — SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

05 — DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof.
